Oblytech Delivery

Projects that land on time and stay understandable

A delivery project is a promise: this outcome, by this date, for this effort. We make that promise carefully and then work hard to keep it.

ServiceNow delivery

Most of our project work is on ServiceNow. Typical projects include:
A ServiceNow project succeeds when the process decisions are made before the configuration is built. We run short design sessions to settle who owns each step, what information it needs and how success will be measured, and we record the answers so the configuration can be checked against them.

AI project delivery

AI projects need the same discipline as any other, plus extra care in three places. First, use-case choice: we look at the decision being supported, how often it happens, what a wrong answer would cost and whether a person will review the result. Second, data readiness: we check what data exists, who can access it and whether it is good enough before building anything. Third, evaluation: we agree in advance how we will judge whether the AI is working, and we test against real examples, not just demonstrations. Where AI is added to a ServiceNow workflow, we design the human review step as part of the workflow rather than an afterthought.

Salesforce project delivery

We deliver a limited number of Salesforce projects, typically CRM workflow design, integration with other systems and data migration. The method is the same: a written scope, owned tasks and regular reporting.

How every project runs

Plan. A short plan with milestones, owners and dependencies, agreed with you before work begins.
Build in small steps. We deliver in increments that can be reviewed, so problems surface early.
Test with evidence. Test cases and results are recorded, so “it works” means something specific.
Report weekly. What was done, what is planned, what is at risk and what we need from you.
Change carefully. When scope changes, we say what it does to time and effort before it is approved.

What we ask of you

Projects go better when the customer names one decision-maker, makes people available for design sessions and reviews deliverables promptly. We will tell you early if a delay on your side is affecting the plan.

Tell us where you are stretched

We will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit, and suggest the lightest arrangement that solves the problem.
