Every engagement follows the same four steps, whether the platform is ServiceNow, AI or Salesforce.
Step 1 — Scope
We begin by defining the outcome, the constraints and what “done” looks like. We write down what is in scope and what is not. For ServiceNow work we also list the processes affected and who owns each; for AI work we record the decision being supported and how the result will be judged.
Step 2 — Plan
We break the work into owned tasks with dates and dependencies. We agree how we will communicate, how often we will report and how issues will be escalated. You see the plan before we start and can challenge it.
Step 3 — Deliver and report
We build in small increments, test with recorded evidence and report weekly. When something goes wrong, you hear it from us first, with a proposed way forward.
Step 4 — Hand over
We document, train and transfer knowledge, then close out open items. For managed support engagements, we agree the support routine and the first review date.
Reviews
At natural milestones we review how the engagement itself is going. Small corrections early are far easier than repairs later.
Tell us where you are stretched
We will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit, and suggest the lightest arrangement that solves the problem.
