Leaving you able to run it yourself

A project is not finished when the last feature is built. It is finished when the people who will live with the result can run it, change it and fix it. Transition and handover is how we get there.

ServiceNow handover

For ServiceNow work, we hand over more than the configuration. A typical handover includes:

Process documentation. Who owns each process, what each step does and why it was designed that way.
Configuration notes. What was configured, where and what depends on it, including integrations and scheduled jobs.
Data guidance. How the CMDB is populated and checked, and who is responsible for keeping it accurate.
Test evidence. What was tested, how and with what result, so future changes can be tested the same way.
Training and walk-throughs. Sessions for administrators and support staff, recorded where you wish.

AI handover

When we hand over an AI feature, we document its purpose, the data it uses, how it was evaluated, what a human must review and what to do if it starts behaving differently. We also leave a simple monitoring routine, so the customer’s team can tell whether the feature is still doing its job.

Salesforce handover

For Salesforce work we hand over workflow documentation, integration notes and the results of data migration checks.

A handover you can rely on

Start early. We begin preparing documentation during the build, not after it.

Shadow, then reverse. First your team watches us do the work, then we watch them do it. That is how we know the knowledge has moved.

Close out open items. We list anything unfinished, with an owner and a date, so nothing disappears.

Stay reachable. For an agreed period after handover, we answer questions so your team is not left alone with a new platform.

When we take over from someone else

We also help teams inherit platforms built by others. We begin with a review of what exists, document what we find and agree with you what to fix first.
