What we believe
Scope first. A project with a vague scope will be delivered vaguely. We write down what is in, what is out and what “done” looks like before we build.
Visible progress. If a customer has to ask how the project is going, we have already failed. We report on a regular rhythm, whether or not anyone asks.
Early warnings. A risk reported early is a conversation. A risk reported late is a crisis. We report risks as soon as we see them, including ones that are our own.
Documentation is part of the product. A ServiceNow configuration that only its builder understands is a liability. We write down the decisions behind the settings.
Humans stay accountable. When AI is part of the work, we decide in advance what a person must review, and we do not let an automated suggestion quietly become an automated decision.
